Jay is the kind of person who shows up — for his family, for his friends, and for his work. A dedicated husband and an incredible father to his amazing kids, he’s always put others before himself. Whether it’s working long hours to provide for his family or being there for every game, recital, practice, and bedtime story, Jay is the rock of his household.

Recently, Jay was diagnosed with lymphoma, a battle no one ever expects to fight — especially someone as strong, selfless, and hardworking as he is. The road ahead includes chemotherapy and many hospital visits, which means he’ll be out of work for extended periods. Unfortunately, Jay has exhausted his sick leave and paid time off.
