Help a devoted caregiver who gave a year for mom.

Hi,
This gofundme for is for my friend Emill Kim who needs help. He's given up this last year of his life to take care of his mom who suffered from Parkinson's disease, fractured her hip, and ultimately succumbed to stomach cancer. She recently passed on the 13th of June.
Emill is a quiet, sincere, and lovely person I met at the gym. He was a smart trainer and acupuncturist (when I knew him). Someone who was always kind and helpful to everyone.
When I met him after COVID in 2021, his twin brother had recently passed away. He and his family were reeling from a long drawn out hospice. When I happened to see him again recently, I learned that he was now taking care of his sick mother and had largely stopped working.
I'm setting up a fund for my friend because he just gave it all to his mom. It didn't matter what she needed, he made sure she got it. Besides managing the household and paying her bills. He did the laundry, shopping, medical appointments. even the rehabilitation. All the day-to-day care. He made sure she always received communion from the Catholic priest. At the end, he assumed the end of life care and was his mom's main hospice nurse. He feed her, changed her, cleaned her. As she got closer to the end, he brought friends and people from the church to pray for her almost daily. He kept vigil until she passed.
I know he did everything he could to make sure his mother was comfortable and without want.
He is a devout Catholic and always told me God would provide. My effort is to help him and maybe help God fulfill this nice person's faith. I'm asking for help to help him pay for the expenses from care giving over the last year.
The cost of his mother's services
The credit card debt he's incurred
Savings spent
Lost of wages from not being able to work
I could only hope that I would make the same full hearted decision to help someone I love. He's a really good guy and Man who trusts God. He kept a lot of his struggles a secret and something private. I want to show him that caring for others still matters.
