Hello Everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to see this post. I have never done anything like this before, but I am literally struggling since having separated from my job of over four years a few weeks ago.

The separation was not planned, but a result of their negligence and inability to handle a situation appropriately, resulting in myself wanting to seek work elsewhere due to the lack of respect and treatment received.

Some of you may know me as your friendly neighborhood veterinary technician. Whether we met at my job or through providing care for you and your little ones, nothing gives me more purpose.

It has been about 3 weeks, and I’ve been applying and interviewing with little to no luck, but currently have prospects pending (fingers crossed).

I’m just in a situation where I need help, plain and simple. I don’t have any family or person in that matter for something like this, and I don’t know what to do.

I just need help getting back on my feet and any funds that are able to be raised will go towards my rent (which I was unable to pay this month), making sure that my cat Katia is able to get what she needs as well during this time, and commuting expenses so that I can continue trying to get a job ASAP.

It makes me really sad to have to make a post like this, but I don’t know what to do, and finances are critical.
