I'm a public school elementary music teacher and I've been diagnosed with breast cancer. A double mastectomy and reconstruction has been recommended by my doctor, but due to health insurance cuts through my employer, my out-of-pocket insurance rate went from $3,000 to $9,000, and I need help.

I'm already paying off loans for a new roof on my house and foundation repairs, a 'new-to-me' car loan from an accident last year where an irresponsible kid slammed into me while I was stopped at a red light, and with a measly teacher salary, I just can't do this without help.
