Help a Dedicated Nurse in Agonizing Pain

I am asking for help. I work a very hard job as a hospital RN. Currently, I contracted a very bad case of Shingles. I am in agonizing pain. I am not allowed to return to work until this extreme case passes. It is financially difficult to be sick without pay. Thank you.
