I'm attempting to get funding so that I'm able to get service for and a laptop computer for an eight and a half year old boy who has studied very hard. His mom and he are almost homeless, and she is a very good friend. I've known her since she was 16 years old. She's unable to go to work because child care would cost her over $3,000 for her to go to work, and that would be more than she would make a month. So I'm attempting to help him with his education. He's been homeschooled entirely by his mom, and she has done an excellent job. He's very smart, but I want him to be able to have access to the internet and to set up study plans, etc. He will go after it; he loves to study. He's very bright. The $500 laptop, possibly less, and possibly if I could get him Life Link phone service, he would have free phone service and possibly even a free laptop. I don't know if that's possible, so I'm attempting to go to GoFundMe and give them the reason I need the money to assist this other part of my family, whom his mother and I have known each other since she was 16. She's 40 years old now, and we are going to get married, but we're 3,000 miles apart, and money is the problem with that also. But number one, I need to set him up with education so that he's able to learn and continue. He's already above his grade level, and I don't want him to lose that.
