Help a Dedicated Father Through Recovery This Holiday Season

Hi… I am a married father of four (three still live at home), I work as a caregiver at a facility which houses people with psychiatric disorders and developmental disabilities and I have also created a page (which focuses on mental health, emotional wellbeing, trauma, grief, self improvement, empathy, compassion and love) on Facebook called ツ.

The reason I am reaching out for help is because I have been off of work since October 30th, because I have broken my finger and I don’t have a definite return date. I had a pin surgically inserted into my ring finger on my left hand. Because of that pin, I’ve been placed on a medical restriction that my employer is not able to accommodate and it will be at least two more weeks until the orthopedic surgeon will remove that pin.

I will do everything in my power to make this a memorable holiday season for my children and I’m asking for your help. Every little bit helps at this point… money is extremely tight for us, so any amount would help with groceries, gas, electric, insurance and other necessities… and hopefully a couple of gifts for our children this Christmas.
