Help a Dedicated Caregiver and His Wife in Need

I'm a caregiver for my wife. Have been for years. She has cerebral palsy and isn't able to take care of herself at all now. She can no longer get in or out of bed by herself or on and off the toilet. I have been working, but at this time, I cannot leave her alone at all. She will be 71 this year. I will also be 70 this year. I have physical restraints due to shoulder surgery on my left side and need shoulder surgery on my right. I don't know what else to do. There's no in-home care with Medicare in this country. I do not have family members that are able to lend a hand. I don't know what else to do or I hope this works. Not trying to be greedy. Just trying to take care of my wife. Give her the care she needs.
