Help a Dad get Surgery to provide for His Family

Hello, I'm John Rempel. I've set up this GoFundMe page because I'm facing a major surgery that I can't afford. I've been struggling with back pain for over a year, due to a accident i had on the 5th of march 2024 dislocating multiple discs due to preexisting back problems my insurance is not paying for any of it.

It's my greatest wish to get the surgery to fix my back. This would allow me to support my family again and live a life free from back pain.

My condition involves collapsing discs and vertebrae in my spine, leading to fractured and split bones. This causes severe pain and greatly limits my mobility and strength.
