We been at USA 13 years trying to work hard to support my kids and my family Iam 53 years old I have a many medical problem like diabetes heart disease and also now I got a kidney failure I cannot work at all now to support my family. I have a very high blood pressure and also very bad diabetes. I’m not able to work at all. My family have a hard time to pay the bills and the rent and also my medical expenses the doctor said I need about 50,000 US dollar to be able to make the surgery to able to get back to my normal life. My kids need help my family need help.
