Help a lady who suffered a terrible house fire

Hi my name is Sarah and myself along with other members of our street are trying to raise funds for a lady whose house set on fire early hours of Sunday (9th June) morning.

The lady is called Christine Bedford (71 years old) and her house set on fire early hours of the morning, hers and her grandsons dogs both sadly lost their lives and Christine had to be taken to hospital.

All her furniture, clothes and possessions were also destroyed in the fire, her house has suffered significant damage so we would love to raise some funds to help them!

Christine is Ex-armed forces and has always been a pillar of the community. She’s friendly, caring, funny and would do anything to help someone else.

All funds will be passed onto her to help restore the house to make it liveable again!

Christines granddaughter said this;

in the early ours of this morning my nans ( chris at fresh and fruity) house set on fire and at a strong age of 71 she saved michaels life and got them both out alive but sadly after the fire service and ambulance tried cpr on the dogs my nans and sisters dog died in the fire, her whole house and everything inside isn't salvageable, were starting the process of stripping the house over the next few months but were in desperate need of anyone who could put us on to some companies or anyone who can help for when the house is in some sort of state ready to be secured, we cant bring the dogs back but we can get her a home to live out her retirement in back. everone rallying round for my nan already i couldnt thank you all enough
