Help a Community Leader for Medical Surgeries for Jay & Zylo

Hi, my name is Carol and I met my lovely friend Karishma (Kari Pour) through the North Vancouver Free Group. Through her constant generosity and giving us glimpses of her home life with her dog Zylo and her husband Jay, we have come to know Kari as the most wonderful and generous individual. She is constantly giving, never asking.

However, in the last 3 weeks, she has received some life changing and upsetting news about both her amazing partner Jay and her dog Zylo. Both are needing expensive dental surgeries that aren’t covered by our medical system where she has been quoted $22,000 (on the low end). Yes, $22,000. This is of course, a huge unexpected expense. Kari is the kind of person who will NEVER ask for help, even if it means she is working herself to death. We were joking that if 22,000 people each randomly gave her $1, she would have enough for both surgeries. She has given so much to our community and how amazing would it be to show her how much we appreciate and love her. Let’s come together and help change her and her family’s life.
