Help a Chiweenie out?

Hi! This is Oscar, our oldest pup. He's a ten year old chiweenie mixed breed and recently he was attacked at the dog park by a much larger dog without provocation. I also was bitten and required shots and medical attention. Oscar had the skin ripped off almost half his neck. The owner of the dog that attacked fled the scene after asking if I and my dog were hurt. We're asking for help with his and my medical bills, $2000 to cover the vet bill, Urgent Care cost and prescriptions. If we find the white, late 40s, plump woman who drives a dark blue Prius with NM tags and has a brindle pit bull and can get her to take responsibility for her dog, we will donate all the money from this to a local dog charity or return it.
