Im Raising awareness and funds for a friend whos family are destitute and stuck in Iraq, this is their story:

I’m really sorry to ask for help like this out of the blue, but I have no choice and I honestly didn’t know who else to turn to. I’m reaching out because I’m in a very urgent and difficult situation right now, and this is literally a matter of life or death.

My little cousin, Ahmed Walid, is only 11 years old. He is from Iraq, and he has been struggling with serious heart problems for eight long years. All this time, we have been waiting, praying, and hoping for a donor so he can have the surgery he needs to survive. We have suffered and waited for this moment for nearly his whole life.

I completely understand if it’s not something you can do, and there is absolutely no pressure at all. I just had to ask because this is the only way to save Ahmed. Even if you can’t help financially, please just share this message or pray for him — it would mean the world to us.
