Help a cancer survivor land on his feet

Well, here it goes. I have never participated on a crowdfunding site before so bear with me guys and gals.
My name is Emmett. I am 31 years old. 6 days before my 31st birthday I went in for an scrotal ultrasound for pain I was experiencing. The next day I was told I had four hard masses in my right testicle and was diagnosed with testicular cancer. Surgery was scheduled for the following day and they ended up removing  the testicle. In 72 hours my life was upheaved. I am sure some of you reading this have been through something similar and know the gutpunching fear that comes with it. The stress. The necessary rearranging of your life whether you like it or not. It has been one of the most challenging times of my life. Which, isn't to say one of the most blessed. I have since been cleared of my cancer having spread to other parts of the body and while I will still be under observation for years to come I fully recognize I am one of the very lucky ones. I have seen other stories on here for people fighting much harder fights than I have been and struggled with whether or not to start this campaign. But the reality is I work a job that is barely over minimum wage and I cannot cover these expenses on my income.
I have medical bills that are quickly piling up, rent that has fallen behind, a car that decided now was a good time to stop running, and I also help subsidize my mother's cost of living, with her being disabled and unable to work and relying on social security.
