I’m a Soto Zen Monk and cancer patient at cCARE (California Cancer Associates and St. Agnes Cancer Center). Many of you already know my story and have witnessed the aftermath of treatment or been with me for the numerous surgeries, doctors and hospital visits. The doctors want to try a new treatment which insurance might partially cover but a lot of the costs will come out of pocket and it will be expensive. I have already maxed out me credit cards paying for different medical bills and I am spending $300 of me disability on medications. So I am asking for assistance to be able to afford treatment. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Gassho.
