I come with my hat in my hand to say I need help. I am a trans man who lives in the UK, I am a dom care worker, work full time and I am currently trying to save to get top surgery.

I will be using Nordesthetics. I have been wanting top surgery from when I was 13, I am now 24 and I am on a never ending waiting list for the Laurels clinic. I am ultimately a very happy person, I am also very lucky and grateful to have the life that I have, however chest dysphoria is a bummer and I want to quite literally shed this weight. It is hard to bind my chest as I am quite large; I have been using tape as binders don’t quite do it for me. The itchiness is something that I simply refuse to live with forever.
