Our hearts are heavy as we share that one of our dear clients, recently had her world shattered as she tragically lost her fiancé far too soon. What was meant to be a season of celebration has become a time of unimaginable grief, heartbreak, and painful readjustment.

In the midst of mourning the love of her life, she is facing the unexpected pathway ahead and deeply distressing financial burden. The wedding venue she had entrusted with her dream, Crystal Ballroom (Lake Mary, FL) has declined to return any funds paid in advance for their Spring 2026 wedding day, despite these extraordinary circumstances.

No one should have to navigate both emotional devastation and financial hardship in the wake of such a tragedy.

Her strength during this heartbreaking time is profound, and we are doing everything we can to help her move through this painful chapter with dignity and care.

While we understand contracts and policies exist, we believe compassion and care should always lead the way, especially after such a tragic loss.
