Single mother fighting breast cancer, has worked throughout surgeries and treatments. But recently, she has been made to go out of work due to exhaustion caused by fighting this illness and undergoing treatment.

Prior to her diagnosis, her work hours dropped drastically because she was experiencing side effects that, at the time, she didn’t know were cancer-related. She pushed herself to continue to work but was still only able to work part-time hours, which led to her falling behind on a lot of bills and barely being able to pay the minimum on them.

Now, with being completely out of work, the stress of having this debt and bills continuing to come in, going into colder weather knowing she’s not going to be able to get her son clothes that he’s going to need is very overwhelming and has now been playing a part in her treatment. She was initially scheduled to be finished with treatment three weeks ago. But due to exhaustion, stress, fatigue, and nausea, she’s had to put treatment on hold for the last two weeks. This now prolongs recovery and prolongs going back to work.
