Help a Brave Mother in Her Final Journey

As many may know, my mother has been battling stage 3 colon cancer for several years now. She has fought so hard and she's given it her all! She is the toughest person I know. The last year, especially the last 7 months, this horrible sickness has really taken over and put her through the wringer. She has gone through multiple surgeries and has many tubes and bags connected to her and at this point, she is unable to do anything on her own.

My mother is very weak and exhausted and she asked a few days ago that we go ahead and make that phone call to hospice. We are going to get her settled into an end-of-life facility where she will receive the round-the-clock care that she has needed for a few months now. Some of us in the family have made sacrifices the last few months and done absolutely everything we can, but the reality is she needs more care than what we can give her here at home.

With that said, we have been discussing arrangements for when that time does come and to be honest, we will be needing help. Any little bit would help, and if you're not able to help then please I ask just keep my mother and our family in your prayers! Thank you.
