My name is Abu Mihran, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support for my cousin brother, a 22-year-old from Bagerhat, Khulna, Bangladesh, who is fighting for his life. He has recently been diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS), a rare and devastating neurological disorder where the immune system mistakenly attacks the nervous system. This condition has already left him weak and bedridden, and without urgent treatment, it can quickly lead to paralysis or even become life-threatening.

After losing his father, he became the only hope for his widowed mother. Since the age of 20, he has been living alone in Dhaka and working as a security guard to earn a living and send money back home to take care of her. At just 22, instead of building his future and supporting his family, he now lies in a hospital bed, unable to move, and his mother is left with no way to cover the enormous medical costs.

The treatment for GBS is very expensive in Bangladesh. Doctors have said it will cost around 7,00,000 BDT (about 6,000 USD), and the hospital bills continue to grow each day. His mother has no source of income and no way to manage this overwhelming expense on her own.
