Help a blind grandmother and a crippled son

My name is Adeola Henriksen i am married with a child, i have 5 family members back home in Nigeria that i care for every month, the burden is too much, it only my husband that is working, we barely make it to the fellowing month,my grandmother is blind and suffering from stomach ulcer for so many years no money to take her to hospital for proper check ups she is constantly in pains she has being able to survive with tramadol tablets but now the drug doesn't work anymore because she has being taking it for so long.

She lives with my disabled uncle who also need financial help he has severe bowl legs which makes it hard for him to get a job.

Please kind people help my grandma and my uncle get money to be able to pay hospital bills.
