Hello!

I am a black trans woman living in Texas. It's already felt precarious and not safe living here, and after the election the need to get out of this state to somewhere where I can live more safely has only become more dire. I am hoping to raise enough funds to put me in a place to move out of state to one with a safer climate for folks like me, and any assistance at all would be immensely appreciated!

Regarding details as to the use of the money; the money will be going towards any fees associated with securing a place to live, such as application fees, the security deposit and the first and last months' rent and utilities, as well as securing transportation for myself and anything that I need to take along with me.
