Hi, my name is Courtney Kaela and I am currently in need of assistance with living expenses as I pursue my bachelor’s degree in sociology. My original goal (set in January) for this fund was never met, and I was out of work from 1/2/26 - 2/25/26 after my contract ended. I have secured new employment, but my cost of living expenses took a hit. 

I have an urgent need for rent and utility assistance, with an approaching deadline of 3/31/26. I am working full time and still earning additional income through DoorDashing, but that has been insufficient. I originally planned on returning to school in the Fall of 2026, but to save time in the future I am aiming to enroll in online courses for the Summer semester beginning in May of this year.
