To my community, colleagues, friends and family, It's been my dream for 12 years now to be a part of something that will reflect my passion for helping others, providing jobs in our local communities and offering great affordable services to businesses and individuals alike. One  day when I was working 3 jobs over 70 hours a week it dawned on me, there must be a better way to live life. A life with greater purpose, greater fulfillment and one where I was able to contribute more to both my family and my community.  I was tired, hadn’t gotten much sleep and barely had the opportunity to be a father or husband. It was in that split second that I came to a realization, I must venture out on my own in order to regain control of my life and the vision I have for my family. I have worked so hard for so many years but not only did it lack the monetary return but perhaps a little more appreciation would have gone a long way. However, these formative years of experience have led me to this pivotal point in my life; and today, it's my time to take my knowledge and skills in a new direction and build the foundations for the next chapter of my career. That next chapter is Mountain Security Inc.

Mountain Security Inc. is a holistic security personnel management organization with unparalleled attention to the client experience. Having been an EMT Security Account Manager for a large corporate security company overseeing a high-profile Federal contract in the Bay Area for the last 2 and a half years, Mountain Security is my next step to achieving the fulfillment of my passions and competencies in an arena where I know I can thrive. The company is a Black Owned Business based out of Richmond California and has already been approved by the state of California's Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. Over the last 2 years, I’ve been working diligently to align all the administrative elements to starting a business in the security sector. From officially incorporating the company, obtaining licenses and insurances, and also sharpening my own day to day skills in order to be the most qualified and effective leader I can be for the next generation of passionate and ambitious security professionals. Your contributions will play a vital role in supporting an organization which believes in creating employment, providing direction and structure to a determined workforce and contributing to the livelihood of a community.

Our next phase of growth is set to focus on, uniforms and personnel equipment, payroll services, timekeeping equipment, training and development, guard tracking software, wages and preliminary advertising.
