Help a Afghan woman to fulfill a dream education

Hello, I'm Anja Z. from Worms (Germany), an artist for representational and figurative painting. I met a young, very talented artist from Kabul (Afghanistan) via Facebook. Her name is Shukria and she is 17 years old. When the Taliban took power, she was no longer allowed to go to school and therefore has no decision. She would like to apply for a scholarship abroad to study graphics. Without a school-leaving certificate, this is only possible if she passes the international Toefl test. This costs fees and she needs a computer for this. Your parents don't have the financial means. I want to stand up for Shukria and help her in this.
