I am a 57-year-old with not working kidneys.I need a reliable vehicle to get 2 and from my appointment.I have a vehicle at the moment, but it's not reliable and cause I'm not working.If it breaks down I have no other way of getting there on own without being an inconvenience to others the song i'm trying to raise should allow me to get a reliable vehicle and pay a year's worth of insurance
