Help a 3-legged puppy get surgery

My name is Charlotte and I am fundraising for my roommate Richelle, who has the kindest soul and the biggest heart. Because of this, a friend came to her with a request: to give an abused puppy (who had to get a back leg removed due to her previous owners' negligence and abuse), a home. Richelle said yes, but now, the puppy (Sprout) has torn a ligament in her only remaining back leg. Richelle is currently a student getting a social work degree, so funds are tight .
