I am the mother of a 12-year-old girl named Esra. Esra has been suffering from Spastic Paraparesis since the age of four—a condition that has caused severe limitations in her legs and is unfortunately progressing. Over the past seven years, she has undergone various treatments, but the doctors have sadly informed us that there is no effective treatment available for her here.
After extensive research, we found a hospital in the United States that treats patients with paralysis, and we also located specialists in India who have stated that they can treat Esra and potentially improve her condition. To begin the treatment process, we need to travel so that the doctors can examine her in person and start the necessary therapy.
I am a mother with three children and have very limited financial resources. The cost of travel and treatment in the United States or India is impossible for me to cover on my own. Esra suffers daily from the limitations of her condition, and her biggest wish is to walk independently again.
With this letter, I kindly ask for your financial support—any amount, big or small—to help me take my daughter to the United States or India for the essential treatment she needs. Your contribution can make a significant difference in Esra’s future.
With sincere gratitude for your time, understanding, and support.
