Couple (Veteran) Lost Everything-Will be Homeless

My name is Stephanie Alba.  I'm 69 years old and live in the Dallas area with my partner of 17 years, Charles Hall.  Charlie is 70 years old and is a Vietnam Vet.  We found out last year that our attorney who specialized in retirement planning stole all of our money.  We lost our house, cashed in our life insurance policies, lost our medical supplement insurance, sold one of our cars, lost our car insurance, have no credit, got evicted from our rental house, have been selling everything we own of any value on E Bay and moved into a pay-by-the-week hotel.  We finally spent the last of our money to pay for the hotel room until the end of June.   All of our furniture, the rest of our clothes, our dishes, etc.  is in storage, which we cannot pay for, so we will probably lose that too.  We have both tried to get jobs, but it seems that companies don't want to spend the time and money training someone who is as old as we are because they think we won't be there that long.

We are in real trouble right now as we are about 2 weeks away from being on the streets with nowhere to go and no money.  We would be grateful if someone could help us.  No matter how small the donation, it would mean the world to us.  We would just like to have a roof over our head and a little food to eat.
