Help Us Pay Off Our Little House

Hello everyone, I'm Nicole Gregory - Owner of Staycation Coffee in Richardson, TX. ‍

First, thank you for simply being here on our GoFundMe to see what this is all about. :)

Summary: The little house we have called home for almost four years is getting re-developed into apartments (cutting our lease short by a year) and we are setting out to raise as much as we can towards the 60,000 balance on the original 180,000 loans that it took to build Staycation Richardson.

Story: When I signed off on the little house that is 'Staycation', I knew a five year lease would be necessary to pay off the loans taken out to build it. Alongside unexpected building issues, prices in materials had doubled on the heels of COVID and our original expected loan of 100,000 had nearly doubled by the time we were finished.

Although we have made AMAZING headway in the last three years towards our pursuit of paying Staycation Richardson off, our goal is to close these doors with as low of a balance as we can.

We are in full fundraising mode and have created some fun merch, bottled syrups and coffee classes available and in tandem, wanted to open this GoFundMe for anyone who may want to help us reach our goal!

We are thrilled with what we were able to co-create with you Richardson and truly hope that this is only a hiatus.
