My name is Sandun Chamath Muthukuda Arachchige.

I am 42 years old, a husband, and a father to a wonderful 10 year old child, both whom reside in Sri Lanka.

Since moving to the United States 7 years ago, I have worked as an attendant at a Citgo Gas Station and the Silver Lake Nursing Home always striving to build a better future. Recently my journey has taken an unexpected turn and I have been diagnosed with Stage IV Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma. I have depleted the little money I had and have not worked for the last 5 months due to my terminal cancer.

My medical treatment has concluded and the doctors have done all that they can, but I will not live much longer. My final wish is to go see my wife and child and reunite with them in Sri Lanka, as I have not seem them in over 7 years. I humbly ask for your support in making this wish come true.
