Help Perela family recover

Srinivas Gujju family and friends are seeking help to support Ravindar Perela family recover from the tragic road accident.

Ravindar Perela, his wife Radhika and their two daughters Aadvika 11 and Saanvika 9 have been living in Dubai, U.A.E. Ravi and his family were in India to attend and celebrate the wedding of Radhika’s brother Raviprasad on December 10th. After the wedding they planned to return to Dubai. Ravi has flown to Dubai on 23rd December 2021 expecting the family to join him in Dubai day after Christmas. During early hours on December 26th, Radhika and kids have departed Bhadrachalam where Radhika’s parents live via road in the car for airport in Hyderabad to take flight to Dubai and both the girls fully excited to go back to Dubai with lot of memories from the time they spent in India with grandparents, aunts, and uncles and all the extended family. Radhika and her two daughters and her newlywed brother Raviprasad who accompanied them to drop off at the airport along with the driver were in the car. Only few minutes to reach the airport on that dense foggy morning the car they are travelling met with a tragic life shattering fatal accident on the outer ring road in Hyderabad.

Unfortunately, the car they were travelling has crashed into the ambulance that was stopped on the road attending another accident took place minutes before their crash. Radhika has suffered serious head and face damage, lost her vision for both eyes and suffered multiple injuries rest of the body. Saanvika the 9-year-old was pronounced dead on the spot and Aadvika suffered serious head injury and went into immediate coma and has been on ventilator. Radhika’s brother has survived with broken shoulder and broken nose. All of them were rushed to a nearby hospital and have been later transported to Yashoda hospital in Malakpet where they have been in ICU ever since.

Radhika has undergone multiple surgeries for facial reconstruction and lost her vision with only 1% chance of getting vision back only for one eye which can only be confirmed by the doctors after she fully recovers from all the injuries. Advika is still in coma with head injury with no certainty of when she will gain consciousness and whether she will ever recover and gain her memory back, and we are praying for the best.

Having lost the adorable younger daughter and hospitalized wife and elder daughter Ravi is in deep sorrow and suffering unimaginable pain. On top of that hospital bills are accumulating into lakhs of rupees day by day and with no end in sight and unknown time to recovery, it is unmanageable and going to be significant burden. Gujju family together with family and friends are setting up Perela’s family recovery fund for helping them with hospital bills for Radhika and Aadhvika’s wellbeing.
