Help Niko & his Family, A life with Leukaemia

Hi Everyone,

We are writing on behalf of an Amazing Family.

Katie , Timo , Nina(4) , Niko(2).

I am reaching out for your Help and Support for this incredibly Brave family.

On the 18th February 2022, Katie & Timo’s life was flipped upside down when they encountered a parents worst nightmare. Their Little Niko who is only Just 2 years of age suddenly diagnosed with Leukaemia.

Any parent can imagine the immense pain being told your child seriously unwell.

Niko’s Fight has just started with him receiving blood transfusions and other urgent treatments whilst awaiting to be transferred to the Specialist hospital for kids in London at Great Ormond St . This will enable him to get the correct specialist care that is needed for him to fight this.

The journey ahead will be long and unknown for Niko & his family however they are all staying strong and positive.

Niko & his family will be back and forth from hospitals for Niko’s treatments for at least the next couple of months. Then with on going back and forth chemotherapy treatments and tests that are required for the next 2 -3 years in order to get Niko back to full health.

Any funds raised will be used to assist and support their family financially through this hard journey.

Things such as transport , expensive hospital parking the things that are not covered by the NHS , also stuff like groceries and ongoing bills such as mortgages, car payments ect that unfortunately continue no matter the circumstance. Any donations big or small will help so they can put there focus on Niko and his family’s fight ahead.
