Nathan is a 16 year old cyclist from California making his way across the U.S. to Europe this summer and needs a little help. He has an incredible opportunity to race and train at a higher level than ever before, and he's hoping for a little support to help make it possible.
In late June, he'll be heading to Wisconsin to compete in the Tour of America’s Dairyland, a 4-day criterium racing series that is part of the USA Cycling National Series and brings together some of the strongest junior cyclists in the country. Immediately following will be the USA Cycling Junior Nationals, where he'll race for 3 more days against the top junior riders in the nation. He is currently ranked 2nd in the U.S Junior Cup for 15-16 year old boys in the U.S.
After Nationals, he'll fly directly to Belgium for three weeks of training and racing, including a stage race experience that will allow Nathan to continue growing as both an athlete and competitor. Belgium is one of the most respected and competitive places in the world for road cycling, and having the chance to train and race there is something he's worked incredibly hard for.
This stretch of racing and travel is an amazing opportunity, but it also comes with significant costs including flights, lodging, race entry fees, transportation, food, and equipment support. We're raising money to help cover those expenses so he can focus fully on competing and getting the most out of this experience.
Any amount helps, and even sharing this fundraiser would mean a lot to Nathan. Thank you for supporting him and being a part of this journey — he's excited to represent everyone cheering him on this summer.
