Help Jean in her final year of life
Donation protected
My name is Dustin and my mother and the last family member I have in this world, Jean is on hospice and dying of stage 4 metastatic breast cancer due to Li-Fraumeni syndrome. We are extremely poor and ill prepared for what is to come. She has struggled for a very long time to survive, most of her life was rough. She lost her own mother to ALS when she was less than 10 years old. Lost her father to cancer from the same genetic condition she has. Had crippling arthritis and degenerative discs in her spine and spent most of her life in pain and then cancer and medical bills took everything else she may have had left, no home, no savings, no life insurance, nothing. I am also just as poor, mentally ill, extremely socially isolated due to years of mental health battles and being in and out of therapy, hospitalization programs and on and off various antidepressants and meds and I am now unable to make money for her final expenses or anything that is to come from my mother's passing. At this point it feels too late to do much of anything to be ready for it and I am lost. She needs me to stay with her and take care of her until she is gone and I want to spend this last amount of time with her so I can't just leave to work and raise much money myself. Just feel lost, alone and scared and out of options. Any help that you could spare to make it through this would be a gift and extremely appreciated in this moment. Any funds will primarily go towards her burial and other final life expenses that result.
