Emergency survival funds for families in Gaza

Donation protected
The Gaza Spirit Team is a grassroots initiative committed to providing direct, immediate relief to families in Gaza.

This fundraiser originally began with the aim of supporting just one displaced family. But as the situation on the ground continued to worsen and the number of families in urgent need grew, I realized I couldn’t stop there. With the help of kind donors and our dedicated team in Gaza, we’ve expanded our efforts to reach as many families as possible — one emergency at a time.

Unlike large organizations that often hold onto funds for months or struggle with bureaucracy, the Gaza Spirit Team works quickly, transparently, and with care. Donations go directly to our trusted team on the ground who assess the needs of families and deliver support within days — whether it’s food, water, shelter, or warm clothing.

Here are just a few examples of the families we’ve supported so far:
️ Jumana and her family, who were living in a makeshift tent that couldn’t withstand the winter rain and wind. Thanks to your donations, we built them a more secure tent and provided a week's worth of food.

Every penny makes a real and immediate difference. We don’t wait. We don’t waste. We do this because we believe in the power of community, dignity, and direct aid.

This is Wiam and her son Mazen. Wiam was abused by her husband and he took her son away from her. Thankfully, with some financial support, Wiam was able to get her son back and return to the North. She currently lives in just one room with her son and her sisters family and desperately needs funds to buy food, clothes and provide for her 18 month old son Mazen.

This is orphan Sidra. Her father was martyred last year and her mother struggled to provide for her daughter. She couldn’t afford diaper or fresh fruit. Thanks to £400 of donations I recieved, I was able to provide her diapers, formula milk and warm blankets

These are Nedals children who are in Khan Yunes. They recently were blessed with a baby brother called Ahmed who is suffering from conjunctivitis and acid reflux. He is still recovering in hospital but needs lots of support.

This is newborn Leen. She was born on 28/01/2025. Her mother suffered from complications during the birth and had to have an emergency caesarean section which caused her to bleed heavily. She needs donations to buy medications to assist her in her recovery. Leen also suffered a lot during the cesarean and is in hospital recovering.
