Please help David and Maggie to pay bills and fix the house

Maggie lost her job when she was in the hospital in Lake Charles Louisiana . She had been at that job for around 20 years and we had to move our doublewide to property I own in East Texas within a 30 day period due to the land owners where we were renting for about 10 years plus was selling the property. We had to use our life's savings to move.

We have 15K damage to our trailer do to the transportation of the trailer. Our homeowners will not fix the damage to our doublewide for they say it was done during transportation. We tried to sue the movers but no lawyers would take the case for they have gone to accident and family law where I live and the attorneys I found in Houston want 8k plus up front. We need an aerobic sewer system which is 7k in cost doors put up inside ,siding put on the outside where they took it off to move the doublewide and back door ramp for fire safety as well as a few more things.

We are both disabled I have back issues and Maggie has low vision as well as heart issues. Thank you for the help you have given us so far but we need help getting these things done as well as paying bills. We are in hopes that Maggie's disability will come in but we have been told it could take up to over a year. We cant live on my social security alone for it wont stretch that far. Please help
