Dave has always been the rock of our family, working tirelessly to provide for us with strength and love. But sarcoidosis, a condition that causes painful inflammation in his lungs, has made it nearly impossible for him to work. He struggles with shortness of breath, chronic fatigue, and chest pain, which prevent him from performing the physically demanding jobs he once relied on. Doctors’ appointments, medications, and the uncertainty of his condition have taken a toll on his ability to earn a steady income, leaving us in a precarious financial situation.
On top of Dave’s health challenges, we’ve been hit with one hardship after another. Our car, which we depend on for medical appointments and errands, keeps breaking down, and repair costs are piling up. We’re behind on rent, with bills and credit card debt mounting faster than we can manage. Even putting food on the table has become a daily struggle, and it breaks my heart to see Dave worry about providing for our family while he fights to breathe.
