About Youth for Palestine (YFP)
Youth for Palestine (YFP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Palestinian youth through education, leadership development, diplomacy training, community engagement and professional capacity-building programs.
Founded by a team of ambitious Palestinian youth and educators, YFP was created in response to the growing educational, social, and economic challenges facing young people across Palestine. The organization believes that despite the difficult realities many Palestinian youths experience, they possess extraordinary potential, creativity, hidden talents and leadership capacity when provided with the right opportunities and support systems.
YFP focuses on creating safe, empowering, and high-impact learning environments where youth can strengthen their communication skills, leadership abilities, critical thinking, public speaking, English proficiency, and civic engagement.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between traditional academic education and the practical skills required for youth to become influential leaders, changemakers and active contributors within both local and international communities.

What Youth for Palestine Has Achieved
Although Youth for Palestine is a growing organization, it has already established a strong foundation through impactful youth-centered programs and leadership initiatives.
Y4P has successfully:
- Delivered leadership and public speaking training programs for Palestinian youth with more than +300 graduate until now
- Organized English proficiency and communication development sessions
- Created immersive educational environments that promote confidence, teamwork, and self-expression
- Supported youth in developing advocacy and diplomacy skills through debate and Model United Nations (MUN) simulations
- Connected ambitious students with opportunities for professional and personal growth
- Helped participants strengthen their confidence, stage presence, and communication readiness
- Built an active youth network focused on community empowerment and social impact

Current Projects & Upcoming Programs
Youth for Palestine is currently working on expanding its educational and leadership initiatives to reach a wider number of vulnerable and ambitious Palestinian youth.
One of the organization’s major upcoming initiatives is the:
Youth Leadership, English Proficiency & Crisis Diplomacy Bootcamp
This intensive four-week program is designed to equip Palestinian youth with practical skills that are often missing from traditional educational systems.
The bootcamp focuses on:
- Advanced English communication and fluency
- Public speaking and stage confidence
- Debate and negotiation skills
- Diplomacy and Model United Nations simulations
- Leadership and teamwork development
- Community engagement and project management
- Entrepreneurship and social innovation training
The program aims to prepare participants for leadership roles in civil society, international advocacy spaces, educational opportunities, and future professional environments.
