My Children and I are very grateful and will not forget the generosity of those of you that have donated. $25, $50 or $100 or any other amount would be greatly appreciated. Your donations not only help pay for court costs but also help pay for costs of several court providers forced upon me by the Family Law Court System of Arizona. These additional costs are not small amounts but range between $5,000 to $10,000 each.
I am now entering the 11th year of being embroiled in the Family Law Court System. With my protective instincts as a Mother renewed daily, I have the daunting task of not only protecting myself from Family Law Court but most importantly protecting my precious Children who are innocent in this ongoing embroilment of the court. I am innocent as much as my Children are innocent.
As of May 27th, 2021, my Children were taken away from me under a court order and given “Temporary Custody” to their Father with the stipulation that I not have any contact with them for 90-days. This ruling includes all my family members and friends. The providers try to keep renewing the 90-days because the 90-days is a perpetual money-making scam.
Have you ever had your Children forcefully taken from you by a Family Law Court order and a Judge who has not made the effort to see the truth behind reports from interviews of Mother; the preferred parent that has never harmed her Children and in fact protected and shielded them, the trusted parent; by the expensive court providers that end up saying Mother is suddenly not okay to raise her own Children only because Mother shielded her Children?
Have you ever had a Family Law Court System refusing to consider reports of abuse by the Father from the Department of Child Services?
Have you ever had a fake charge of “Parental Alienation” against you? This is a false and unproven condition that is unrecognized by the psychological community. Father’s lawyer and court providers have used this as a “Marketing Tool” to extract money out of the case on the backs of the Children causing mental anguish, anger and embarrassment to the Children.
It happened to me. My Children were taken and escorted by four (4) bouncer type people, unknown to anyone, to the Family Bridges 4-day “Brainwashing Camp,” with their abusive Father, 10 hours away in California ran by Randy Rand, a California unlicensed psychologist, designed to forcibly brainwash the Children to forget the wrongdoing by their Father. In the meantime, straining the good trusting relationship with me, their Mother and leaving the Children to wonder “WHY?” There are many threats in this Family Law Court System leaving the “Trusted Parent” with fear.
This is utterly domestic abuse to each Child and to the Mother who has done nothing wrong in the raising of these two straight “A” students. Ask yourself why a judge, who had previously ordered that the Children’s visitations were not to be with Father without a court selected “Supervisor” present at each visit, would turn around and order them to be temporarily taken away from the Mother on a false charge of “Parental Alienation” and placed in the abusive Father’s custody for 90-days including the 4-day “Brainwashing Camp?” Why, why would a judge or any human being do that to a 12- and 16-year-old Child and a Mother?
I am not an island in this situation, there are many more Mothers, Children and even Fathers in many states and foreign countries that have also had and are having harsh times dealing with their own Family Law Court System, not to mention the loss of family life and money spent on court providers who are only involved for money. Many thousands of dollars are ultimately wasted fighting an endless battle with a narcissistic Father that has no concern for the wellbeing of his Children.
All of this does not stop me from having to pay not only attorney fees, but also the very costly Family Law Court ordered providers assign to me. These costs far exceed my monthly take home pay. I have exhausted all my resources. My current employment income provides the resources to satisfy most of my monthly obligations but not these ongoing attorneys and assigned court provider expenses that I am forced to pay.
The donated funds will allow me, as a single Mother, to continue to protect my Children from the harsh environment of the Family Law Court System in Arizona. By donating my Children and I will benefit by making it possible for me to be able to continue to pay for the forced ongoing court expenses therefore protecting my Children.
The funds are needed immediately for ongoing financial demands of the Family Law Court and the court providers, too. The financial demands of the court are constant and continue to grow.
