Hi, my name is Patti Martin and I'm raising funds for my 91 year old neighbor's City of Sac water bill. The city told her she had a leak back in August of '22. We wanted it fixed immediately, but the city kept putting us off and telling us to be patient. After I raised a ruckus, the leak was finally fixed in May of '23. From start to finish, about a million gallons of water was wasted. Now the city expects my neighbor to pay an over $3500 bill. She can't afford this. She lives on Socisl Security. We got the story on the news, but the city isn't giving in. So I'm asking you all for help to pay her bill. No donation is too small. Thank you all in advance.
