Help 8 year old Damien Sloan

Hi, I am fundraising for Tom Sloan, the father of Damien Sloan. Tom is a Federal Law Enforcement Officer, who is currently out of work taking care of his son.

Damien is an 8 year old boy who was diagnosed at 6 months old with optic glioma (brain tumor). They attempted to remove it but than realized it was wrapped around every crucial nerve in his brain. He has undergone a round of chemotherapy but while in intermission it stared to grow rapidly. He has had to travel to NYC for an experimental treatment . Damien did the treatment for once a week for 2 years. He completed that and went into intermission. About 2 years past and now, Damien has to go through chemo treatments once a week for the next 2 years. Unfortunately, now everyone is at a standstill due to Damien's low blood counts. Damien is currently on 5 different medications with blood work once a week and MRI scans every 3 months. Currently, he has been pulled from school due to his blood count being low, which makes him prone to illness and infections.
