Help 8 Months Pregnant Couple Rebuild After Devastating Fire

Hello, my name is Daniel Martinez. I am reaching out to our community with a heavy heart to support my dear friends, Stephan and Chitra, who have recently experienced a catastrophic event. A devastating fire in Jasper, Alberta, has taken everything from them, leaving them with nothing but the clothes on their backs. To make matters even more challenging, Chitra is expecting a baby soon. We're coming together to support them during this incredibly difficult time and to help them rebuild their life.

Their Story:

Stephan and Chitra are a lovely couple that came all the way from Australia to start a life in Canada years ago. As many immigrants, they struggle at first coming to this amazing country, but they manage to make a life for themselves. A couple months ago, they decided it was time to make one of their beiggest dreams come true, a family.

Eveything was happiness, they move to Jasper, AB, to start a new life in one of the most beutiful places in Canada. Stephan got a new job as pastry chef at Fairmont that will allow him to have everything for Chitra and the baby. Unfortunatelly, the fire at Jasper started and nobody thought that it was going to be that devastating.

Both of them have always been a beacon of kindness and generosity everywhere they go. They’ve touched so many lives with their warmth and willingness to help others. Personally, the helped me a lot when I came to this country and I am so greatful to call them my family. Now, in their time of need, we have the opportunity to give back.
