Some of ya’ll already know that Kolton has been in Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, since the beginning of September . He has been sick, off and on since March of this year. His symptoms stumped the doctors and they couldn’t figure out what was going on, inside his little body. After tons of blood tests, the doctors have found that Kolton has Leukemia. My 6-year-old grandson has a difficult fight ahead of him.

But he will NOT BE FIGHTING ALONE!!!

I have raised Kolton since he was 6 months old. Kolton was born on February 23, 2017, and God brought him to me on December 24, 2017. He is my grandson, and he calls me Poppa-Daddy. I have always put him first! Now, he needs me more than ever and I will not let him down. I am committed to fighting this fight right beside Kolton.

However, I am in am in a situation I have never experienced. First, I would like to ask that if you are a praying person, please keep Kolton in your prayers. He sure could use all the prayers he can get. Second, I work hard, and I have always taken care of my family. I’ve never been one to ask for help, but right now it’s not about me. It’s only about Kolton and making sure he has what he needs. And right now...

I have owned my own business for over 20 years. With everything going on with Kolton, I have had to close my business. Kolton is facing a hard 3-year fight, and I will not let him fight alone. I will be right by him every step of the way. I hate to say this, but the bills are starting to pile up and we could use some financial help. All the new medical expenses, the regular household expenses, and various new expenses related to Kolton’s cancer are becoming overwhelming. I am the sole-provider for Kolton and there is no money coming in right now. If you are in a place where you could help financially, I would be eternally grateful.
