Help 6 yr old's get special collapsible wheelchair

I am reaching out to the public for help in getting this loving family their disabled twins specialized collapsible wheelchairs.
Desiree and Chris were blessed with twins after creating their wonderful, blended family. Unfortunately, it wasn’t long after the twins, Liam and Easton, were born did they start developing medical issues.
Liam and Easton were diagnosed when they were just 2. They have a very rare condition that only effects .13 people out of 100,000 people. Liam and Easton were diagnosed with Ullrich Congenital Muscular Dystrophy or UCMD and there is no cure. Along with that, they also have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA). UCMD affects the stability of muscles and causes progressive weakness in muscles so Liam and Easton will continue to get weaker as they grow. This condition even goes as far as to cause abnormal curvature of the spine. UCMD also cause a lot of tightness in the hips, knees and elbows, so combining that with JRA can be very painful for Liam and Easton. With all of the stiffness, weakness and pain that they have, Liam and Easton are often confined to their wheelchairs.
As Liam and Easton are growing, so will their wheelchairs. Currently Desiree has to take Liam and Easton to weekly medical visits but cannot take the wheelchairs because of their large size. Liam and Easton have to travel with Desiree in one vehicle while Chris takes the three other children in the other vehicle whenever the whole family needs to go somewhere. If the whole family wants to take a trip or go camping, then they have to again take separate vehicles because of the size of the wheelchairs. If they were able to completely collapse the wheelchairs with purchasing specially made collapsible wheelchairs, then they would be able to all travel in one vehicle. Traveling would become a lot easier and even day to day activities like doctor visits would be less strenuous on the family. Not only are the wheelchairs collapsible but they are much lighter and easier to lift making it easier on the boys to maneuver and mom and dad to carry.
Liam and Easton may be twins but their personalities are nothing alike. They both love to go camping, ride their specially equipped bicycles and are very competitive with each other but Liam hates bugs, especially bees because of their stingers and Easton hates that he is different from other kids his age. The family enjoys getting together for game night and movie night too. Most of all they all love going on trips and camping together.
