Help 5-Year-Old Deron Pay for Brain Surgery

My nephew Deron from the Philippines is currently 5 years old and was recently diagnosed with meningitis and hydrocephalus from which doctors also discovered a brain tumour. Currently, Deron is unable to walk and fully talk, and they also just found traces of cancer in his blood tests. At the moment, the doctor has scheduled removal of the brain tumor for March 19, and they are still running additional tests that are not free in the Philippines. Deron’s condition is progressing at a fast rate that we did not expect.
On top of that, his mother had gotten COVID-19 last year and just gave birth 1 month ago. All of the costs from these hospital visits have been building up. Their family has been going through extreme financial hardship and while we have been doing what we can to help, we simply have not been able to cover all of the expenses. The estimated cost of all of his tests, medication, and future surgery is around 1 million Philippine Pesos or $26 000 Canadian dollars. In the Philippines, without a downpayment they will not do the surgery. We love Deron and simply want the best for him.
