Hi everyone, my name is Eric, and I’m a high school teacher. My wife, Marling, is from Nicaragua, where most of her family still lives.

Recently, we learned that Marling’s baby cousin is in desperate need of medical help. She is a beautiful, strong little girl, but she has faced unimaginable challenges since infancy. Now, she urgently needs care that her family simply cannot afford.

We are asking for your help to get life-saving medical care for Milagrito, a 4-year-old girl living in a camp in Nicaragua.

As a baby, Milagrito suffered a severe brain infection that left her unable to move, speak, or eat solid food. She depends entirely on others for care, but she has never had the chance to see a doctor who could properly diagnose or treat her condition.

Right now, she needs urgent medical attention. Our goal is to raise enough money to transport her to a hospital in the city where she can be seen by specialists and receive the care she deserves. Without treatment, her condition may worsen, and she faces unimaginable challenges every day.
