Help 4-Year-Old Aarushi Fight a Life-Threatening Liver Infec

Dear friends, family, and kind strangers,

I’m reaching out to you today on behalf of a beautiful 4-year-old girl named Aarushi, who is currently fighting for her life in Kanti Children’s Hospital, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Aarushi has been diagnosed with multiple liver abscesses, hepatosplenomegaly (enlarged liver and spleen), and intraabdominal lymphadenopathy — a serious condition that has caused significant damage to her liver and abdomen. She is undergoing urgent treatment, but the journey is long, painful, and financially overwhelming for her family.

Her parents have exhausted all their savings and taken loans just to keep her treatment going. But now, they are at a point where they can no longer afford the necessary medical care, scans, medications, and hospital stay. Every passing day without adequate treatment puts Aarushi at greater risk.

This little girl still smiles through her pain and dreams of going home healthy again. But she can only do so with your help.
