Help for our friend Scott Coffee

For those of you who may not know, Scott Coffee is suffering from esophageal cancer. He was diagnosed a little over one year ago and has been fighting with surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Unfortunately the cancer has spread to his bones and lymph nodes and he's in a lot of pain. His family has been through a lot and could really use our help and support.
